Himanshi Karol

Himanshi Karol has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years. She is an experienced yoga instructor committed to making a difference in the students body by going through the technique of yoga thoroughly. She is also a trained contemporary and jazz dancer which makes her put more emphasis on body alignment. Her aim is to serve people to realize the importance of yoga to maintain sound body and mind, and to be able to see yoga not just as a form of exercise but also as a healthy lifestyle. She has been associated with yoga from a very early age courtesy mother who’s to this day is an inspiration to her. She is a certified Yoga Teacher(Mysore style Ashtanga and Hatha) and did her training programme at Indeyoga institute Mysore India, to further refine her skills. Under the guidance of the teachers she got in depth knowledge of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga and learned more about human anatomy and the benefits of yoga on our body. Through her journey she realised that yoga is not just asana or just another workout but it helps connect to your inner self and makes you aware of actions and reactions in your day to day life, it helps in dealing with situations in a more peaceful manner as you more intend with your body” A well rounded yoga teacher and fitness expert who takes group and individual classes online and in person.
